What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Roo Enduro gear. If your tail tidy isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Just reach out to info@rooenduro.com.au and we'll sort you out.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We offer both standard and express Australia Post shipping at checkout, so you can choose the option that suits you. Please note that pre-order items are made to order and lead times can vary depending on current order volume. We'll keep you updated on your estimated dispatch date, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Roo Enduro product is manufactured right here in Australia. Our team also engineers and designs our products in Australia, built specifically to handle the demands of Aussie trails and conditions.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed (standard or express Australia Post). We currently ship within Australia only, but we're planning to open up international shipping in the future depending on demand. Keep an eye on our socials or sign up to our newsletter for updates.
